Resumo: Firstly, this paper shows some general problems related to elicitation of business processes in a firm. Secondly, it suggests the use of Group Storytelling methodology, based on telling histories to work processes elicitation. The paper’s hypothesis is that telling histories can make easier the modeling process, and stimulate a collaborative view of firm’s work process building.  Finally, are presented an Group Storytelling experimentation, using Tellstory tool, for process modeling in a library and the final conclusions.
